Returns and Exchanges

AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. stands behind the integrity of the merchandise that is sold and offers customers only quality parts at the best price available.

REFUNDS
Refunds are only available for new & unused items that have no visible manufacturer defects and will be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction for new & unused items
- Exchange for new & unused items
- Shipping Error (please see "Shipping Error" section for details)

REFUND EXCLUSIONS
Refunds are not available for items under the following conditions:
- Item has been used (Even if only for a brief time and even if item is still functioning properly)
- Item fails after use (This is considered a manufacturer defect)
- Manufacturer defect (Noticed after use)
- Manufacturer defect before use (Such as visible damage)
- Dissatisfaction after use
- Chemicals cannot be returned for any reason
- Exchange after use
- Electrical items cannot be returned for any reason.

AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. does not sell refurbished or used merchandise unless it is clearly sold and labeled as a refurbished item; all products come directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributer and are new.

AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. does not accept the returning of used merchandise because AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. does not sell used merchandise.

AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. does not accept the return of defective merchandise because AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. does not have the means to repair such merchandise; however, should you find yourself in possession of merchandise with a manufacturer defect, we are more than happy to assist you with manufacturer replacement information.

RMA
Customer Service Representative must approve and issue an RMA for all merchandise being returned for any reason.

At the time of delivery, AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. will refuse any parcel that does not have a valid RMA visible on the outside of the parcel.

SHIPPING FEE’S ON RETURNS
AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. often incurs shipping fees much higher than what we charge our clients. As such, when returning an item, your refund will reflect a deduction of the actual shipping charge incurred to us by our shipping vendor. You can request a copy of this shipping fee by emailing our customer service department.

AZ Pool Supplies, Inc.is not a delivering party and therefore is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. You must obtain a tracking number from the delivering company and follow up with that delivering company in the case that shipped items are lost.

INSPECTION
All returned items are subject to inspection before a return credit or exchange can be approved.

DISSATISFACTION OR CHANGED OF MIND
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or changed your mind, AZ Pool Supplies, Inc.is glad to refund or exchange any new and unused (non-defective) merchandise within 30 days of receipt. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked manufacturer packaging including all parts, accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for direct refunds. There is NO restocking fee for exchanges or store credit.

14-DAY FREE RETURNS.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or changed your mind, AZ Pool Supplies, Inc.is glad to refund or exchange any new and unused (non-defective) merchandise within 14 days of receipt. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked manufacturer packaging including all parts, accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Excludes Pool Cleaners, and all whole goods. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for direct refunds. There is NO restocking fee for exchanges or store credit.

EXCHANGE
Restocking fees will be waived if the item(s) is exchanged for an item(s)

SHIPPING ERRORS
In the rare event that incorrect items are received, verified as the item SKU numbers do not match the items on the invoice, AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. must be notified within 10 days of the date of delivery.

Upon notification and verification of incorrect items, AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. will immediately issue a return shipping label via email, fax, or mail based on the customer's preference. Once the incorrect item(s) has been received and verified by AZ Pool Supplies, Inc, the corrected order will be immediately shipped at no additional freight.

AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. reserves the right to verify any shipping errors and adjust costs (such as the cost of the return shipping label) based on the findings.

CANCELLATION
AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. acknowledges that a customer may find the need to cancel their purchase.

An order may be cancelled at any time prior to processing. Please contact our customer service department to cancel your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but may be returned under the criteria outlined in these policies.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Any international order for motors, electronic boards, robotic cleaners or any other item that has to have electrical current attached to it cannot be returned or exchange. For other items please contact a
Customer Service Representative for returning the item.
