Return & Exchange Policy stands behind the integrity of the merchandise that is sold and offers customers only quality parts at the best price available.  SwimCSI does not sell used or refurbished items, and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanged on items that have been used or installed.  It is at the discretion of SwimCSI to determine whether or not a product can be returned for a full refund. If the product is returned and is not in an acceptable condition, a full return may not be warranted.


The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from one of our Customer Service Representatives before any merchandise is returned back to Swim CSI.


Please note that due to the nature of the following products, we cannot accept returns on: all pool chemicals, water treatment additives, electronic parts that have been installed, or pool equipment.

The Return Process

We offer full refunds for new and unused products.  A full refund will be issued if the product being returned is:
- In a new and unused condition
- In the original manufacturer’s packing
- Has been sent as a result of a shipping error
- Is exchanged for a new or unused product
- If there is a customer dissatisfaction with the new and unused product


Exclusions to Our Refund Policy:
- If the item being returned has been used (even if only for a brief time and it is still functioning)
- If the item being return fails after use (this is considered a manufacturer’s defect)
- Manufacturer defect (such as visible damage)
- Damage to the item sustained during shipment (visible damage to the item)
- Dissatisfaction after use
- Exchange after use
- Electrical items


If your product qualifies to be returned or exchanged, please contact our office with the Reference Number, Invoice Number, or Web Order Number for your order.  A SwimCSI Customer Service Representative will need to approve all returns via telephone, and will issue you a return number, or “RMA,” which you should write down on the outside of the box you are using to return your items. Please make sure that this return number, or “RMA number” is visibly printed on the outside of the parcel.  SwimCSI will refuse any parcel at the time of delivery that does not have a valid RMA visible on the outside of the package.  Once the returned or exchanged items are received at our office, the return will be processed in approximately 1-2 business days. Please note that due to different bank and credit card company policies, full refunds may take anywhere from 24-72 business hours to process and appear as a credit to your corresponding account.


All returned and exchanged items are subject to an inspection before a return credit/replacement product can be approved.



The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return the merchandise back to Swim CSI. You may use any shipping method you prefer and we strongly recommend adding a delivery confirmation to all return packages. Swim CSI is not responsible for any packages lost during shipment. It is the customer's reponsibility to contact the carrier if the package was lost during shipment.

Please be sure the RMA# is located on the outside the package. If no RMA number is located on the outside of the package, the package will be refused and sent back to the customer.



If you are not 100% satisfied with your new and unused (non-defective) purchase, we will refund any purchase within 30 days of item receipt.


All returns due to dissatisfaction are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned products must be in their original, unmarked manufacturer’s packaging and include all parts, accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Items that are returned without all items may not warrant a refund or exchange.



If you order the wrong part for your system we will waive the restocking fee as long as the part is in an unused condition and you request an exchange for the correct part. A new shipping charge will be applied to the exchange order.


Shipping Errors

In the rare event that incorrect items are received, SwimCSI must be notified within 10 days of the date of delivery. Upon notification and verification of incorrect items, SwimCSI will immediately issue a return shipping label via email, fax, or mail based on the customer’s preference. Once the incorrect items have been received and verified by SwimCSI, the corrected order will be immediately shipped at no additional freight cost. SwimCSI and AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. reserve the right to verify any shipping errors and adjust the costs based on the findings.


Please note that in the event of a shipping error, pictures of the items may be requested to verify that the incorrect items have been sent.



Swim CSI acknowledges that a customer may find the need to cancel their purchase.


An order may be cancelled at any time prior to processing. Please contact a Customer Service Representative to verify eligibility.  Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but may be returned under the criteria outlined in these policies.


International Returns

Any international order for motors, electronic boards, robotic cleaners, or any other item that has to have electrical current attached to it cannot be returned or exchanged. For all other items, please contact a Customer Service Representative for assistance.
