How do I place an order online?

 

You can place an order by using the navigation or the seach bar on the top to search for the items your are needing then adding them to the Cart. Once you're in the Cart page click on the Checkout button and then fill in the necessary information for us to process and ship your order.

 

Can I place my order over the phone?

 

Yes, if you prefer placing your order with an actual person, contact our office and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be able to help you with placing your order.

 

How do I change my order?

 

If you realized you ordered the incorrect item(s) than what you originally submitted or need to add an item(s), call our office as soon as possible to make those changes. Once your order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your order. Any item(s) you did not want will have to be returned or exchanged. Please read our Returns Policy for details.

 

How do I cancel my order?

 

If you realize after submitting your order that you do not need or want the item(s), please call our office immeditately to cancel your order. Once your order has been processed & shipped your order cannot be cancelled and would have to be returned or exchanged. Please read our Returns Policy for details.

 

How long does it take to process an order?

 

We strive to ship your order out as quickly as possible, however we do have a 24-48 business hours of processing time (excluding weekends & holidays). Once authorization for full payment has been received, orders will be processed immediately. Commonly stocked items can be shipped out same business day if placed before cutoff time. Those items will be noted if they can be shipped same day and what their cutoff time is.

 

Any express orders will need to be placed before 12:30PM (PST) for them to ship same day. Any express orders placed after cutoff time or placed on weekend or holiday will be processed & shipped next business day. Call our office if you want to insure it will ship out same day.

 

Do I have to register on the Swim CSI website to place an order?

 

 While it is not necessary for you to register on our site to place an order, we do highly recommend registering on our site for faster checkout and being able to check order status & view order history.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

 We accept the following credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal payments for those who prefer to use their PayPal account.

 

Do I have to pay any sales tax?

 

 If the order is shipping to Arizona, sales tax will be added to the total of your order.

 

What if an item I ordered is not in stock?

 

 If the item you ordered is not in stock you will be notified by phone or email with the delay and how long that delay will take. Once item becomes available it will be shipped out to you. Your card will not be charged until your item is prepared to ship. You also will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

 

Do you offer quantity discounts?

 

 We do offer quantity discounts on certain items. To find out if the item(s) you are purchasing qualifies for a discount please contact us.

 

How long will it take to get my order after it ships?

 

 Typically delivery time is between 2-5 business days, depending on where you live from where we ship it from. Majority of the items we ship are shipped from our Arizona location. If we notice one of our other warehouses has the item that is closer to you we may ship it from that warehouse to get it to you quicker.

 

If the order is being shipped to Arizona, they typically are delivered the next business day.

 

Do you ship outside the US?

 

Yes, we are proud to be one of the few internet retailers in the swimming pool and spa industry to offer worldwide shipping! Most questions and rates can be found by reading our Shipping Policy

 

Do you offer express shipping?

 

Yes, if you need your order sooner than Ground shipment, we do offer UPS Next Day (Overnight), UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day for the contiguous U.S.  We also offer express shipping for international orders. If you want your order shipped express, select that shipping option when checking out.

Which carriers do you use?

 

We ship orders by one of these carriers: UPS, US Post Office, or DHL (international orders only)All orders will be shipped utilizing the most reliable, and cost effective method providing you the greatest savings possible and most timely delivery frame.

 

If you prefer or can only receive packages by a certain carrier, please inform us by including a comment at checkout. Please note: Arizona orders will be shipped by US Post Office unless otherwise noted.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

 

 At this time we do not offer free shipping. Subscribe to our newsletter for any promotions we may run. Promotions can be discount or free shipping.

 

How will I know when my order ships?

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping details. If you registered on our site you may also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

 

How will I be able to track my order?

 

You can track your order by either the email you received when your order shipped or if you have an account, you can log into your account and track your order through there.

 

Where does my order ship from?

 

The majority of our items will ship from Arizona. If we happen to not have that item in stock in our Arizona location, we will ship your order from one of our warehouses across the country. If there is a warehouse closer to your shipping address that has the item(s) in your order available we may choose to ship from that location for faster delivery.

 

My order says it was delivered but it never arrived. What do I do now?

 

Please verify that you provided us the correct ship to address. If that is correct, please call our office so that we may start in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We also suggest checking with neighbors in case it was delivered to their house by mistake.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

 

Yes, in most cases we can ship to a P.O. Box. In the case that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box please provide an alternate address in the comments at checkout or we may call you to get an alternative address.

 

Please keep in mind that we ship to PO Boxes by using the US Postal Service. Express shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.

 

Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses?

 

 

 

What if I entered my shipping information incorrectly or it's missing information?

 

Please call our office or email us as soon as possible to get it corrected. Once your order has shipped we cannot make changes. If your order has shipped before we could correct the shipping info, you will be charged the total amount of the order to ship out your order to the correct address. Once we receive the original shipment you will be credited back the total amount of the item(s). Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

 

What countries do you ship to?

 

We ship worldwide. We deliver to all 50 states of the U.S. and all US Territories, Australia, Canada, France, Spain, New Zealand, just to name a few. If you see that your country is not available when at checkout, contact us to verify that we can ship to your country.

 

 How do I return an item(s) I purchased from Swim CSI?

 

To return an item, the item must be new and in unused condition then contact our office to notify us of the return of the item. We will then email you an RMA number which will need to located somewhere on the outside of the package when we receive it to ensure quicker return process and credit (if applicable). If item is being returned due to dissatisfaction or no longer need item, you will be charged a 20% restock fee. If you choose to exchange for a different item, the restock fee will be waived. Any shipping charges to return item will be customer's responsibility. Please read our Returns Policy for more details.

 

I changed my mind and don't want the item. Can I still return it?

 

As long as the item(s) is new & in unused condition, you can return the item(s). Please call our office to begin the return process and to receive an RMA number. Please read our Returns Policy for details.

 

The item I ordered was broken when I received it. How can I get a replacement?

 

If your item was damaged during shipment, please notify us right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We may also request pictures of the broken item and pictures of the package it came in. Once we receive confirmation from the carrier that the item was damaged during shipment we will send you a new item.

 

The item I ordered doesn't work. How can we fix this? 

 

If the item doesn't work due to a manufacturer's defect please contact us or contact the manufacturer to get a replacement. If the item doesn't work due to ordering the incorrect item. If the item has been installed or used, it cannot be returned for exchange or credit. Call our office for the correct item you need. Shipping charges will apply for new and correct item.

 

The item I received wasn't what I ordered. What do I need to do to get the correct item?

 

If you have received the incorrect items please call our office withing 10 days of the date of delivery. Once we verify the incorrect items we will send you a return label for those incorrect itemsPlease note that in the event of a shipping error, pictures of the items may be requested to verify that the incorrect items have been sent. Once we receive the incorrect items and verify them we will immediately ship out the correct items at no additional shipping charge.

 

Do I have to pay to ship an item I'm returning?

 

Yes, the customer is responsible in paying for any shipping fees to return the item(s). The customer can choose where and how to return it. Please read our Returns Policy for details.

 

Can I send an item(s) back for an exchange?

 

We will allow an exchange as long as the returned items are new & in unused condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees for returned items & new items. For more details on exchanges please read our Returns Policy.

 

 Are there any fees for returning an item(s)?

 

There is a 20% restocking fee for any returned item. If you choose to do an exchange instead we will waive the restock fee. For more details on returning an item, please read our Returns Policy.

 

Do you have a store I can walk into and purchase items?

 

Yes, our store is located in Scottsdale, AZ. If you would like to know if an item is in stock before visiting our store, call the store and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be able to assist you.

We accept all major credit cards such as; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

 

Does the store accept cash?

 

Yes, if you prefer to pay with cash in our store we accept cash as payment.

We do not accept checks. We do accept all major credit cards and cash.

Can I return an item(s) back to the store?

Yes, we accept returns on items that are within 30 days of purchase and are in new & unused condition. Original receipt must be presented with return. If you paid with credit card that credit card must be present when doing return otherwise you will receive store credit. If you paid with cash, you will get store credit for the return.

 

We do not accept returns of the following items: chemicals, pool cleaners, electrical components or pool equipment that have been installed.

 

Are your prices in the store the same online?

 

Yes, we have the prices in our store match their prices online. If you notice any discrepancies please inform one of our store associates and we will get it corrected.
